Pebble

Adopted by Roy and Kelly, Pebble not only is inspired by Tweety Bird, but also heavily loves the folks who adopted him. He sets out to making new friends, especially those that enter the DinkyToonz recurring cast. He would deserve the attention he needs, so not only do Roy and Kelly look after him in a nice and friendly fashion, but a majority of the main cast do. He also deems Roy and Kelly as his daddy and mommy, as his original parents have deceased, leading to him being orphaned, and Roy and Kelly being his guardians.
